Which Brass Party format is right for my event?

Our packages give you a clear starting point, but they're never rigid. Line-up, playing times, running order and scope can all be tailored to your occasion and budget. Just tell us what you're planning – we'll recommend the right format and put together a transparent quote.

Question 2

Can you perform for one part of the event or the entire day?

Accepted Answer

Both work. We can cover a single special moment or accompany you musically through the entire day – from the ceremony, reception and dinner to the big party. We also design the right setup for corporate events, birthdays, festivals, galas, hotels and unconventional event concepts.

Can we request specific songs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We can bring your favourite songs into our signature Brass Party sound – with punchy DJ beats, live brass and full energy. Whether it's the ceremony, the first dance, a surprise moment or a party anthem: tell us your favourites, your must-plays and your no-gos. Live vocals can also be booked on request.

What kind of music does Brass Party Berlin play?

Our sound blends modern DJ production with high-energy live brass. We play current party hits, dance, house, pop, rock, hip-hop, classics and songs that suit your crowd. We don't stick to a rigid playlist – we react to the mood and bring exactly the sound your event needs.

Question 5

How long do you perform?

Accepted Answer

As long as suits your event. Our main show usually consists of three nonstop party sets of around 45 to 50 minutes each, including encores. Two compact sets, one big show block, four or more party sets, short festival slots or several performances spread across the evening are also possible. We coordinate the running order, set lengths and breaks with you individually.

What happens during breaks?

The music can keep going seamlessly between our live sets. On request, we take care of matching DJ and background music. The combination with an on-site DJ works especially well: we coordinate transitions, set times and technical setup directly, so the DJ sound and live brass become one unified show. With our DJ Lounge, musical coverage for the entire evening is already part of the concept.

Question 7

Do you provide your own sound system?

For the formats where it's specified, our professional PA/audio system is included. The technical setup needed depends on the line-up, venue, guest count and event. We coordinate everything in advance with you, the venue and, if applicable, with the DJ or event technicians. By arrangement, our system can also be used for speeches or hosting.

Question 8

Do you perform outdoors and travel outside Berlin?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We travel throughout Germany and abroad on request. Performances at champagne receptions, on terraces, at outdoor events or as a mobile marching band are all easily possible. Many parts of our programme can also be played acoustically without power. For our electronic show equipment, we need a dry, sheltered area in case of bad weather.

Question 9

How does the booking process work?

Accepted Answer

After your first message, we clarify the date, venue, running order and preferred format together. You then receive a transparent quote. Once everything fits, the booking is confirmed with a performance contract. A deposit of 25 percent is typically agreed. Before the event, we go through music, technical setup and running order with you once more in person.
